Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, delivery methods, and guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days (available at checkout for select regions).

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high carrier volume, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions, which are outside of our direct control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your high-capacity power banks, audio gear, or accessories have shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package as it makes its way to your door.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

• If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at our support email. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly update it for you. Once an order is in transit, we cannot alter the destination address.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Every order is securely packaged to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

• If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence (for damaged items) so we can file a carrier claim and expedite a replacement under our guarantee policy.
